Make It A Constant Practice

If we’re so hell-bent on being youthful. There are sacrifices to be made. Those people that go to the gym every day, eat salads all the time and seldom touch junk food. These are the people who are happy, but they’ve had to make sacrifices to get there. If you want to look and feel youthful, but you can’t resist a candy bar, then maybe it’s time to get rid of these temptations?

Rome wasn’t built in a day. We can’t automatically look beautiful overnight, however, if we work hard at doing the right things then eventually we will look and feel better. At the end of the day if you’re looking at recapturing your youth. It is time to change your perspective. Instead of trying to keep up with your teenage daughter, it’s time to look at what’s best for you. We’re all different. If we have unrealistic expectations, we’re going to be striving for something that’s unattainable. If we want to recapture our youth, we have to fixate on ourselves, not someone else!
